The Human Rights Campaign Takes Pride in Discrimination

Since June has now been declared mental health disease month, err, homosexual pride month, I have decided to give you a history lesson that most of you are probably unaware of.

Homosexual debauchery month has overtaken our celebration of Black Music Month and Juneteenth during the month of June.

A global cabal of white radical liberal extremists runs homosexual pride and its movement.  These are the same people who have convinced radical Black media-appointed liberal leaders to teach a generation of kids that America is systemically racist and our nation’s very existence is predicated on structural racism, all without evidence.

If elitist whites are so down with Black folks and groups like Black Lives Matter (BLM), why should white Hollywood put hard quotas on diversity in the movie industry?  

White elite liberals have been playing the Black community for fools for decades.

The Human Rights Campaign claims, without evidence, to be the largest radical liberal homosexual lobbying organization in the country.  Their goal is to force Americans to accept their radical homosexual agenda, especially when it comes to grooming our children.  The group was formed in 1980 and has been one of the leading forces behind the destruction of our culture and values.

In 2019 they decided to hire its first Black president, Alphonso David.  He is a radically trained liberal lawyer who served as general counsel to former disgraced New York governor Andrew Cuomo.

David was hired on the heels of several devastating reports in 2014 that confirmed the HRC had an extremely toxic work environment, especially towards Blacks!

This environment was created by David’s predecessor, Chad Griffin.  Based on the report’s findings, Griffin was racist towards Blacks, as was their board of directors.

Based on employee interviews, the report stated, “…One of the most frequent concerns that rose was the sense of an organizational culture rooted in a white, masculine orientation which is judgmental of all those who don’t fit that mold…disparate treatment toward women and those with ‘soft skills’ was frequently cited by staff — both men and women — and there is a sense that if you operate outside of that orientation, you will not be successful at HRC…”

As is typical, Blacks are often hired to lead organizations only when there is chaos and mismanagement, and if they don’t turn the ship around in short order, they are usually summarily fired, which is what happened to David.

After just over two years on the job, David was given about eight hours notice to tender his resignation or be fired.  

David was fired and immediately filed a lawsuit against the HRC for wrongful termination based on race.  Yep, you heard correctly.  The ultimate elite white radical liberal group, HRC, is as racist as they claim conservatives are.  Pot, can I introduce you to my friend kettle?

According to David’s lawsuit: “…Despite its equality-focused mission, the organization had a deserved reputation for unequal treatment of its non-white employees. HRC’s own employees described it as a “White Men’s Club,” where non-white staffers were marginalized, tokenized, and denied advancement to high-level positions. David became the first Black President in the organization’s 40-year history… In 2021, in recognition of David’s outstanding work as President, HRC renewed his contract for five additional years and gave him a 30% raise. During the contract renewal negotiations, the Co-Chairs of HRC’s Board acknowledged that HRC had underpaid David for the past two years compared to his white predecessor because of his race…”  

I bet you didn’t read or hear much about this in the media, did you?

Here you have a radical Black liberal homosexual making very credible charges, with evidence, of racism and not a word from Michelle & Barak Obama, Oprah Winfrey, the NAACP, the National Urban League, Al Sharpton, Ben Crump, Roland Martin, Joy Reid, Rachel Maddow, the Congressional Black Caucus or elite whites in Hollywood.

They all have come down with a severe case of laryngitis!

David and the HRC recently made an out-of-court settlement with a confidentiality agreement between the parties.

There is systemic racism within the homosexual community when it comes to Blacks.

Ask homosexual Michael Sam.  He was a homosexual football player for the University of Missouri.  In 2014 he was the first openly homosexual player to be drafted by an N.F.L. team, the St. Louis Rams.

He was forced into the draft pool by N.F.L. commissioner Roger Goodell, who is a radical, pro-homosexual supporter who wanted to make a political statement by having Sam drafted.  He didn’t make the team, but the N.F.L. received massive media attention for being pro-homosexual.

After this media stunt by the N.F.L. failed miserably, Sam had much to say in an interview with Attitude Magazine, a homosexual publication.

In the interview, he stated that he experienced more racism within the homosexual community than he did just being a Black person.  According to Sam, “…People have told me I’m not gay enough; people have told me I’m not black enough. I don’t know what that means…You want to be accepted by other people, but you don’t even accept someone just because of the color of their skin? I just don’t understand that at all…”

So, while woke corporations, radical white global elitists, and the HRC are shouting at the top of their lungs about equality and fairness, maybe they should start with the man in the mirror.  I am asking them to change their ways; if they want to make the world a better place, they should look at themselves and make that change!!!

Now that’s something we all could take pride in.
